Antoine Loubier – A course dedicated to the legal security of Franco-Chinese business relations
For over 25 years, Antoine Loubier has dedicated his career to securing business relations between France and China. A lawyer by training, with a postgraduate degree in geopolitics and international relations and a confirmed Chinese scholar, he combines dual university training as a lawyer and linguist while integrating into his analyses the evolution of geopolitical constraints in the contemporary world and the benefit of bilateral or international state agreements, rare and valuable qualities to support his clients in their business development in Asia.
An immersion in China for more than 20 years
Antoine Loubier began his expatriation in China in 1997, as part of a Franco-Chinese university exchange program. He studied modern Chinese, specializing in press and media, at the prestigious Beijing Language and Culture University (北京语言大学), where he obtained the HSK, the Chinese equivalent of the TOEFL, certifying his high level of linguistic proficiency.
He then continued his professional career in Asia in law firms in Taipei and then in Beijing, until 2002. From 2003 to 2015, he played a decisive role in the development of the activities of several French firms in southern China, notably by working immersed in the Chinese firm WANGJING & Co. (广东敬海律师事务所) and then in the Cantonese firm Junhou (广东君厚律师事务所).
